This site describes the CargoSense platform and lets you request a demo. It is not the CargoSense product itself — no account, shipment or billing data is processed here beyond what you submit in the demo form.

You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or its underlying systems
- Use the site to transmit anything unlawful, harmful or infringing
- Scrape or reproduce the site's content for commercial purposes without permission
4. Intellectual property
The CargoSense name, logo and the content of this site belong to CargoSense Technologies. You may not use them without written permission.
5. No warranty
This site is provided as-is. Product screens, workflows and figures shown here are illustrative unless stated otherwise, and are meant to represent how the platform works rather than exact production output.
6. Limitation of liability
CargoSense is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms as the site and product evolve. We'll update the date above when we do.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
