A dashboard is only useful if the operation underneath it is actually structured. We start with bookings, manifests and handoffs — the visibility follows from that.
Delays are normal; hidden delays aren't
Shipments will run late. The cost is not knowing until a customer calls. CargoSense surfaces exceptions the moment they happen, to the person who owns them.
Billing should follow the shipment, not a spreadsheet
Freight, fuel, handling and other charges are tied to the events that generate them, so invoices reflect what actually happened on the ground.
Customers and vendors deserve real visibility
A customer asking 'where's my shipment' by phone is a system gap, not a support problem. Portals exist so that question answers itself.
