1. Who this applies to

This policy describes how CargoSense Technologies ("CargoSense", "we") handles information from visitors to this website and from anyone who submits the "Book a demo" form. It does not yet cover a live CargoSense product, since the platform is not in general release.

2. Information we collect

When you use this site, we may collect:

• Information you submit through the demo request form — name, work email, phone number, company, role, shipment volume, transport modes and any message you include
• Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics are enabled

3. How we use it

We use demo request information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a relevant walkthrough of the platform, and follow up about CargoSense. We do not sell your information to third parties.

4. How it's shared

Demo requests currently reach our team directly by email. If we adopt a CRM or email service to manage inquiries, this policy will be updated to name that provider before the change takes effect.

5. Data retention

We keep demo request information for as long as it's useful to follow up on your inquiry, or until you ask us to delete it.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you've submitted at any time by emailing hello@cargosense.co.

7. Changes to this policy

As CargoSense moves from a marketing site to a live product with customer accounts, this policy will be substantially rewritten to cover data processed inside the platform itself. We'll update the date above when that happens.
